German Business Development Representative - AI Platform

We are currently hiring Business Development Representatives to join an international team in Barcelona, Spain, supporting an exciting new AI Platform project. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to the growth of an innovative technology solution.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a career in business development while working on a cutting-edge AI project in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities
- Present the value of AI solutions to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory
