RTM Sales Program Lead for SMB Growth

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Sales Program Manager to drive a GTM-aligned sales program in the SMB segment from its Barcelona office. You will forecast, manage regional RTM coordination, and work with partners on joint business planning to grow revenue and market share.
The role requires 8–12+ years of selling experience, a strong financial acumen, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and virtual groups. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
