Regional Sales Manager (Ukrainian/Russian speeking)

Buscamos un/a Regional Sales Manager orientado/a a resultados, con residencia en Madrid , para impulsar el crecimiento B2B en la región.
? Ubicación: Madrid (Home-Office + Visitas comerciales)
? Tipo de contrato: Jornada completa (Híbrido)
? TUS RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
- Estrategia y Crecimiento: Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial en el territorio asignado.
- Objetivos: Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas y KPI establecidos.
- Desarrollo de Negocio: Búsqueda activa, negociación e incorporación de nuevos clientes B2B y distribuidores.
- Gestión de Cuentas: Control de cobros, seguimiento de pagos y cumplimiento de los acuerdos contractuales.
- Trabajo de Campo: Realizar reuniones presenciales y representar a STALEKS en las principales ferias del sector.
- Análisis de Mercado: Monitorización del sector "Beauty" y visitas periódicas a los puntos de venta.
? PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO:
- Residencia: Imprescindible vivir en Madrid .
- Idiomas: Dominio fluido del español y del ucraniano (o ruso) para comunicación interna. Se valorará el inglés.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en ventas activas (muy valorable sector B2B, FMCG o Beauty).
- Movilidad: Carné de conducir (Tipo B) y vehículo propio . Disponibilidad para viajar (mínimo 5 días al mes).
- Habilidades: Altas dotes de negociación, autoorganización y orientación a resultados.
- Informática: Dominio de MS Office y herramientas básicas de CRM/reporte.
