On ne cherche pas un commercial de plus. On cherche quelqu'un capable de construire la machine de vente enterprise de Review Collect à partir de zéro — et de la faire tourner.
Aujourd'hui : 1 client enterprise, 200+ clients SMB actifs, croissance de 400%+ YoY. Le marché enterprise est grand ouvert.
Votre territoire : les marques e-commerce à 100M€+ de CA sur le marché francophone. Vous vendez en français, aux CMOs et directeurs e-commerce qui évaluent déjà 5+ solutions concurrentes. L'anglais est indispensable pour les comptes internationaux, l'expansion UK, et la coordination interne.
Vous avez carte blanche sur la prospection, le closing et la construction des process. Seuls comptent : les contrats signés, les process réplicables, la performance mesurable. Responsabilités 1. Closer des cycles enterprise complexes (70%)
Définir la stratégie Go-To-Market enterprise sur le marché francophone
Piloter des cycles de vente de 3 à 9 mois impliquant marketing, e-commerce, achats et juridique
Vendre à des CMOs qui comparent activement les solutions du marché
Year 1 : 10 deals closés — 450K€ ARR minimum
Year 2 : 20 deals — 975K€ ARR
Taille de deal moyenne : 50K€+, potentiel d'expansion à 100K€+
Close rate cible : 25%+ sur les prospects qualifiés 2. Construire l'infrastructure de vente enterprise (15%)
Créer le messaging, le pricing et les frameworks de négociation spécifiques enterprise
Développer les value propositions orientées CMO et les battle cards concurrentielles
Mettre en place les critères de qualification pour les comptes 100M€+ de CA
Établir des partenariats avec les cabinets de conseil et intégrateurs e-commerce
Construire un pipeline prévisible : 2,4M€+ qualifié par an 3. Scaler vers 50+ deals/an (15%)
Recruter et former 3-4 Account Executives A-players d'ici le mois 18
Créer les playbooks d'onboarding (objectif : 90%+ de succès au recrutement)
Préparer la stratégie d'expansion UK et internationale
Objectif à 36 mois : 3M€+ ARR sur le vertical enterprise Profil recherché

Maîtrise démontrée des cycles de vente complexes (6-9 mois)
Expérience de vente directe auprès de CMOs/C-level en SaaS ou MarTech
Track record de construction de process de vente from scratch
Performance quota constante : 120%+ sur 3 ans minimum
Expérience de recrutement et management d'AEs
Français natif ou bilingue — c'est votre langue de vente principale
