We’ve teamed up with an absolute powerhouse in the EdTech and AI space that is currently taking the Spanish market by storm!

Our client is a UK-born leader in high-end data and AI training, helping massive enterprises transform their workforces for the future. They are building the next generation of tech talent through their own patented learning platform. After a decade of dominance in the UK, they’ve officially landed in Barcelona as a fast-growing company, and they need a hungry, sharp‑witted closer to help them scale the Spanish market from the ground up.

What’s the project?

Our client enables corporate giants and public sector entities to bridge the massive digital skills gap. Think of it as future‑proofing the biggest organizations in Spain. As an established expert in the UK for over 10 years, this company is now expanding rapidly across Europe. They have set the Gold Standard in professional education by continuously developing their own patented tech.

In this role, you will be introducing best‑in‑class AI and Data training solutions to senior executives (C‑level) at large Spanish corporations. This isn't just about closing deals; it’s about genuine social impact. You are helping people advance their careers while helping organizations survive the AI era. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced, nimble, and fast‑growing "scale‑up" environment where things move quickly, processes are fluid, and your direct influence on the company’s growth is massive.

And your role in this?

As our Enterprise Account Executive (aka The Growth Catalyst), you will fully own the sales cycle in Spain. This is a pure new business role where you will build the territory, hunt for opportunities, and close impactful partnerships to directly drive the company’s expansion goals.

More specifically, you will:

  • Hunt & Gather: Proactively generate your own pipeline by "shooting high"—reaching out directly to C‑level, HR directors, and Chief Data Officers.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Enthusiastically represent the company during client calls, local conferences, and tech events.
  • Hit the Numbers: Take ownership of a yearly target of €500k in net new business revenue to support our expansion.
  • Master Consultative Closing: Navigate multi‑stakeholder sales cycles (typically 2–4 months) with average deal sizes around €25k.
  • Keep the CRM Clean: Maintain absolute transparency and data accuracy in the sales pipeline. No messy pipelines allowed here!

Ok, what should you bring?

We are looking for a Hungry Human with a Closing Habit, someone who doesn't wait for answers but goes out to find them.

The Must-Haves (The non-negotiables):

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a closing Account Executive in Enterprise B2B sales.
  • Full‑cycle mastery, meaning you have solid experience originating, nurturing, and closing your own deals (pure SDR profiles won't fit this specific challenge).
  • Linguistic ninja status with native‑level Spanish and business‑fluent English.
  • A natural habit for structured qualification frameworks like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
  • A "lean" and entrepreneurial mindset, perfectly comfortable navigating a fast‑growing environment where processes are still being built.

The Nice-to-Haves (The extra cherries on top):

  • A consultative background, perhaps with experience working at Gartner, research analyst firms, or professional services.
  • Regional language bonus points if you speak Catalan.
  • Tech stack familiarity with HubSpot, G‑Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

The target is clear (€500k), and the challenge of building a brand‑new territory for a fast‑growing company is real, but the support system is top‑tier. On top of the €40k base and €20k variable structure, you will unlock uncapped accelerators when you beat your targets. Once you pass your probation period, you'll also enjoy private health insurance and a gym allowance of up to €80/month at a top facility to keep your mind and body sharp.
