Oil & Gas Training Business Developer

Business Developer Oil & Gas CCS Geothermal Training (Remote)
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the training sector across Oil & Gas, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS), and Geothermal industries. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with energy companies, training centers, and strategic partners, promoting training programs and certification services, and driving revenue growth. The Business Developer will prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Additionally, the role includes monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of training services in emerging energy sectors, working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development within energy or training sector; strong network in Oil & Gas, CCS, or Geothermal industries; excellent sales and negotiation skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment; fluent English; Spanish is a plus; commercial mindset.
