Partnerships Manager / Account Manager – Airline / Aviation / Airports. This role is based in the Barcelona area with hybrid working. Basic salary up to €55,000 plus 20% personal bonus, an annual company bonus and a range of benefits, including normal Monday‑Friday operational hours.

The role is part of the Spanish‑based Account Management team and operates in collaboration with the Aviation / Airline commercial team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client account structures and act as the face of the company.
- Identify business opportunities from partners and recommend strategies to secure and grow revenue.
- Contribute to sales and operations development, suggesting process and service improvements.
- Take action to eliminate or minimise company exposure (financial or reputation).
- Assist the company in achieving targeted sales and revenue objectives.
- Maintain good communication with partner contacts and present a professional image.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers from the assigned client base and meet with clients regularly.
- Prepare account development plans for short, medium and long‑term strategy for the assigned portfolio.
- Provide support and an escalation point for client and customer issue resolution.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and changes, using that knowledge to become a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and Implementation Project Managers to ensure effective communication and implementation plans for new clients.
- Act as escalation point for Partnership Executives when concerns or complaints arise, supporting them at client meetings when required.
- Work on the retention, contract negotiation and contract extension of the assigned client portfolio.
- Hybrid working schedule to support work‑life balance, with regular time at the Barcelona office.
- Working Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
- Basic salary up to €55,000 plus 20 % bonus.
- Annual company performance bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, plus the option to take a birthday off (extra day of annual leave).
- Length‑of‑service awards with increased holiday allowance at key milestones (5, 8 and 10 years).
- Other additional benefits.
- Minimum 5 years of airline and airport ground operational experience, or current B2B account management or service delivery role within the aviation/ground transport sector.
- Proven commercial background with a sales/business approach that mitigates company exposure.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills with an outgoing personality and good sense of humour.
- Strong commercial acumen and a 'Customer First' mentality.
- Numerate with analytical skills; proficient in Excel to evaluate client trends and provide insights.
- Superb customer relationship and rapport‑building skills and an embodiment of the company’s values.
