What are we looking for?

At Dogfy Diet, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales team and build the German market from scratch , reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Your day-to-day will include…

• Contacting customers via phone calls to sell our product (Inbound Sales).
• Working towards both individual and team targets.
• Handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp/phone to ensure satisfaction.
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting improvements to our product and/or processes.
• Collaborating with the Customer Care and Veterinary Nutrition teams.

Are you the missing piece?

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Native/Bilingual level of German and intermediate level of Spanish.
• Strong sales mindset, proactive, dynamic, and excellent communication skills.

• Studies in Sales, International Trade, or related fields.
• Knowledge of French, Italian, or other European languages.
• Proactive, results-driven, and highly goal-oriented profile.
