In addition, we offer some interesting benefits, what makes us a top employer company: * Flexible entry hours and home office policy. * Private medical insurance. * Discount in our employee store. * Wellness benefits. * Christmas lot with several products. ## What will your challenges be? * Financial Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and monitor headquarters cost structure, ensuring alignment with business priorities * Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts for assigned areas * Analyze cost evolution, identify risks and opportunities, and actively challenge spend * Ensure a high level of financial control by validating that relevant costs are properly recorded, collaborating closely with accounting teams to maintain a reliable financial picture * Business Partnering:Support and influence decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling * Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor * Promote a culture of accountability by constructively challenging assumptions and cost structures * Group Reporting & Performance Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to collect and understand financial information * Prepare consolidated reporting and performance analysis at group level * Identify key trends, deviations, and business drivers across markets * Projects & Finance Transformation: Play an active role in key finance transformation initiatives * Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects to improve financial processes, data quality, and efficiency. * Support the evolution and automation of planning and reporting tools ## Are you the one we are waiting for? * **Education**:University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience**: 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a corporate role within a multinational company, supporting Sales and Marketing teams. * **Languages**: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. * **Tools:** Advance excel skills ## Equal Employment Opportunities Employer At ISDIN, we care above all about the talent you bring.
