Renewals Specialist (Dutch) - Benalmádena or Valencia, Spain

What youll do

• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the contract renewal process, building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Qualify renewal opportunities, assess client needs, and convert renewals into revenue by recommending upgrades, renewals, or additional solutions.
• Work with small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries understand their usage, propose tailored solutions, and support their success.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth renewals manage internal communication, deal with inquiries, and deliver timely outcomes.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, renewal status, and pipeline activity in the company CRM system.
• Deliver clear and informative communication about products, services, and licensing options helping clients make informed decisions.
• Support client retention and satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, offering guidance, and ensuring high-quality service throughout renewal cycles.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and competent English (B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years experience in sales, account management, customer success or a similar role ideally working with clients in a service/tech-oriented environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets or sales KPIs; strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Good familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based products/platforms ability to understand product offerings and explain them to clients.
• Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g. CRM, Office suite).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to collaborate cross-functionally across teams to deliver client-focused results.
