Partner Marketing Specialist DACH Market

Overview

At Factorial, we are seeking a Partnerships Marketeer to empower our partners through high‑impact marketing strategies that amplify their success and drive ours.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end demand generation plans with partners, driving online and offline demand generation, inbound and outbound activities, and brand awareness through events, webinars, and joint promotions.
• Report performance of the pipeline, including demos, conversions, and revenue, ensuring clear visibility on impact.
• Lead and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Factorial partners across the DACH region.
• Identify, shape, and launch initiatives to expand reach through partnerships, events, content, and high‑impact campaigns.
• Deliver compelling marketing materials and ongoing support to empower partner success.
• Balance big‑picture thinking with day‑to‑day execution by launching and optimizing campaigns and tracking performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with an excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing, especially B2B and ideally in tech/SaaS.
• Proven ability to build and execute demand generation plans, including sales strategies, content, events, co‑marketing, and other campaigns to generate pipeline.
• Strong understanding of sales goals and ability to collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys building initiatives from scratch, and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Data‑driven mindset, loves to optimise campaigns, track performance, and identify new opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Strong sense of ownership, balance of autonomy with teamwork, and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
