Senior Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Liderar la gestión end-to-end de proyectos digitales desde la iniciación hasta el cierre.
- Definir el alcance, objetivos y entregables del proyecto junto con los stakeholders.
- Desarrollar planes detallados de proyecto, cronogramas y presupuestos.
- Coordinar equipos multifuncionales para asegurar entregas en tiempo y con calidad.
- Monitorizar el progreso, gestionar riesgos y definir planes de mitigación.
- Comunicar eficazmente el estado del proyecto y los issues a los stakeholders.
- Asegurar la documentación del proyecto y el cumplimiento de los estándares organizativos.
Requirements
- Grado o Máster en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Informática o áreas relacionadas.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales y consultoría.
- Experiencia demostrada trabajando con equipos diversos, stakeholders globales y organizaciones complejas.
- Experiencia probada en eCommerce / B2C, liderando proyectos estratégicos como CRM, automatización de marketing o chatbots.
- Fuerte comprensión de plataformas y tecnologías digitales (por ejemplo, CMS, servicios cloud).
- Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Preferencia por un perfil con mentalidad de Marketing, con capacidad de entender Datos e IT, más que al contrario.
- Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo web, APIs e integraciones.
