Job Title: Digital Assist (Concierge Desk) Representative (English / French / Italian / Spanish / Turkish - speaking) MI03 Job Description At Concentrix, we are hiring a **Digital Assist (Concierge Desk) Representative** to support partners within a global Microsoft program. This is a dynamic role combining **technical support, partner enablement, and marketing execution**, where you will help partners remove blockers, adopt Microsoft solutions, and drive go-to-market success. **What You Will Do** Technical Support & Partner Assistance * Manage and resolve partner support tickets across multiple domains * Troubleshoot pre- and post-sales issues (deployment, licensing, imaging) * Provide 1:1 coaching and guidance to partners * Escalate complex cases to Microsoft internal teams Partner Program Support (MAR) * Support Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) partners * Remove operational and commercial blockers * Deliver monthly partner calls and communications * Capture and share partner feedback for continuous improvement Marketing & GTM Enablement * Enable partners to adopt Microsoft marketing programs * Package ready-to-use campaign materials * Deliver campaign updates and performance insights * Support partner marketing capability development **What You Will Deliver** * Ticket management and resolution within SLA (FRT <24h) * Weekly and monthly operational reporting * Knowledge base contributions and documentation * Partner communications and enablement sessions * Campaign packs and GTM enablement materials * Performance insights on adoption and engagement **What We Are Looking For** * Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or partner support roles * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, licensing, deployment) is a plus * Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-driven environments * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Fluent in **English** + fluent in either **French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish** **What’s in It for You** * Work on a globally recognized Microsoft program * Exposure to technical, sales, and marketing functions * Career growth opportunities within Concentrix * Collaborative and international environment * Full time (39h/week) Spanish contract * Salary package of 27,600 euros gross/year as base + up to 7,200 euros gross/year in bonus * Excellent office location in Malaga **Apply Now!** Take the next step in your career and join Concentrix to help drive partner success through innovation, support, and enablement. *Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer* *We're proudly united as one team, one company, globally.
