As an **Account Manager** on our team, you will: * Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities * Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed) * Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected. * Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained. * Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.) * Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels * Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients. * Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client * Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels * Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required * Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provide **Your qualifications** We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
