Account Executive Manager | Barcelona Sales Hub (Spanish Speaker)

Key Responsibilities
- Build the Barcelona Office and act as the founding Sales Leader in a brand‑new location, shaping local culture, setting team rituals, and creating the day‑to‑day operating environment that turns a headcount plan into a high‑performing team.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp Italian‑speaking AEs: own the full hiring cycle in Barcelona, source talent from the local pool, design a structured ramp plan with clear milestones, and get new hires to full productivity fast.
- Own SMB outbound revenue end‑to‑end: ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle length, ACV, discounting discipline, and forecast accuracy. Serve as the single point of accountability for the Barcelona SMB numbers.
- Lead and coach full‑cycle AEs from cold outreach to close with weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, live call coaching, deal strategy sessions, and structured improvement plans. AEs run the entire cycle (cold calls, multi‑channel sequences, demos, and closing with individual lawyers and small firms, average deal size €1.5k–€5k).
- Execute and refine the SMB outbound operating system, adapting proven playbooks from the Milan office: ICP segmentation, territory design, account/lead sourcing, phone‑email‑LinkedIn cadences, and activity‑to‑outcome accountability.
- Cross‑functional coordination, working closely with Marketing (campaigns, content, events), Partnerships (local channels, KOLs), and Product (field feedback loops) to maximise pipeline generation and conversion.
Qualifications
- Founding‑manager mindset: energised by starting from zero, experienced in building teams, routines, or offices, and able to create structure and momentum where none exists.
- Proven SMB outbound sales leadership in B2B SaaS: managed full‑cycle AE teams with consistent quota attainment in a high‑velocity, transactional sales environment with deal sizes €1k–€10k.
- Hands‑on outbound expertise: personally build sequences, pick up the phone, and run a cold call block, teaching prospecting by doing it.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona.
- Fluent in Spanish (native or C1+) and English.

Remuneration
- Annual Salary Range: €80,000 – €85,000
