Growth & Marketing Manager - Especialista Hostelería - Madrid, Spain

Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar la estrategia de crecimiento y marketing de Empanadish para aumentar ventas, recurrencia y notoriedad de marca, trabajando muy de la mano con Operaciones y Dirección.
Este no es un rol teórico: es hands‑on, orientado a números, experimentación y resultados.
Responsibilities
Growth & Performance
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento por canal (delivery apps, web, RRSS, offline).
- Analizar funnels de conversión: impresiones → pedidos → recurrencia.
- Definir y medir KPIs clave: CAC, LTV, ticket medio, recurrencia, ROI por campaña.
- Proponer y testear experimentos de crecimiento (promos, bundles, pricing, horarios, zonas).
Marketing digital
- Gestionar campañas de paid media (Meta, Google, plataformas de delivery si aplica).
- Coordinar contenidos con diseñadores/freelancers (creatividades, copys, promos).
- Optimizar fichas y visibilidad en Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat (en coordinación con Operaciones).
- Trabajar el posicionamiento de marca y la coherencia del mensaje.
Canales de delivery & ventas
- Diseñar promociones rentables por canal y zona.
- Analizar performance por tienda/zona y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Colaborar en lanzamientos de nuevas zonas o productos.
CRM & fidelización
- Diseñar acciones para aumentar repetición y ticket medio.
- Campañas de retención (cupones, promos recurrentes, cross‑selling).
- Uso básico de datos de clientes para decisiones de marketing.
Coordinación interna
- Trabajo diario con Operaciones → capacidad, tiempos, zonas, productos.
- Trabajo diario con RRHH → necesidades de personal ligadas a picos de demanda.
- Trabajo diario con Dirección → reporting claro y toma de decisiones rápidas.
Requirements
- 2–5 años de experiencia en Growth, Marketing Digital o Performance.
- Vital experiencia en restauración, delivery, ecommerce o retail.
- Mentalidad analítica: sabes leer datos y convertirlos en acciones.
- Experiencia trabajando con presupuestos y ROI.
- Capacidad para ejecutar, no solo planificar.
- Buen manejo de Excel / Google Sheets.
- Residencia en Madrid.
- Perfil muy práctico y orientado a resultados.
- Comunicación clara y directa.
- Capacidad de priorizar en entornos de crecimiento rápido.
- Ganas de construir y mejorar procesos desde cero.
