HR Operations Specialist (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR Operations processes for employees across Europe.
• Support the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and off‑boarding.
• Maintain HR Systems and employee data in Workday.
• Assist with HR Reporting, data maintenance and process improvement.
• Support a variety of HR tasks, such as university agreements coordination and mobility processes.

Requirements

• Experience in an HR environment.
• Experience with HR Systems; Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• Contract: 1‑year initial term.
