Senior Performance Marketing Manager — Remote Growth Leader

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Acquisition & Growth) to lead hands-on paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit. You will own substantial monthly budgets, drive CAC and ROAS improvements, and scale campaigns across international markets.
You will directly manage creative testing, campaign allocations and optimisation, delivering measurable impact on acquisition and monetisation in a fast-growing AI consumer tech
