As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in supporting global tech leaders in expanding their sales pipelines.
You'll focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads while managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
Experience in management is a plus, as you may be involved in coaching and training within the team.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.What You Need to SucceedExperienceProven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach is a strong plus.Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.Native or full competency in German, Dutch and/or Spanish.Fluent English (mandatory) Proficiency in additional languages (French, Portuguese, Polish, etc) is a plus.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, International relations, or a related field.SkillsStrong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.MindsetProactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.G.
