What you will do
Lighthouse is expanding internationally, and we are looking for a full‑time Business Development Manager – Business Intelligence to join our EMEA team. Revenue Insight is our industry‑leading business intelligence platform. It unlocks the potential of PMS data to deliver actionable insights, visualizing main business drivers by combining market segments, channels, source markets, and transient/group data. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the global roll‑out of Revenue Insight. We’re looking for a specialist with a strong Revenue Management background and extensive knowledge of RMS and PMS systems. You’ll be hands‑on, working with local and global hotel chains, and helping shape our go‑to‑market strategy during this exciting early stage of growth.
Where you will have impact
- Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a regional business development plan to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
- AI‑Powered Sales: Use AI‑driven insights and CRM automation to improve your forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and overall sales efficiency.
- Pipeline Generation: Source opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking.
- Consultative Selling: Lead product demonstrations (online and in‑person) and present professional proposals and quotes to potential clients.
- Strategic Growth: Identify upgrade opportunities within the existing client base and lead contract negotiations that balance client value with Lighthouse’s profit margins.
- Market Presence: Attend international conferences and organize regional roadshows to build a robust pipeline.
- Product Evolution: Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to our Product Development team to ensure our BI tools remain best‑in‑class.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to process improvements as the product scales.

Who you are
- Proven experience in a full sales cycle role.
- Exceptional command of the English & German/Dutch/Swedish language is essential for this role.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of independent hotel operations and their technology needs.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- You are AI‑curious and performance‑obsessed. You actively explore how automation, generative AI, and data‑driven insights can improve coaching, forecasting, and deal execution. You see AI as a lever to optimize results, not as a trend.
