The Role: As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the long-term strategic growth of the brand within selected key accounts and the leadership of the designed account base. You will build strong relationship with Senior Business Partners and Buying Directors of focal partners to successfully execute on the brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude to coach, mentor and develop the pure play team to provide GTM direction and pathway for development. Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement for this role. Please send your CVs in English. Your Impact:

- Support the strategic plan and manage the achievement of overall sales plan and key business goals
- Develop and control partner sales performance in line with brand building guidelines
- Oversee the execution and preparation of seasonal product forecasts for all relevant accounts
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategic marketing requirements are executed, included key priorities are executed on time and in plan
- Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors and represent the company in a positive manner at all times
- You have superior communication and negotiation skills
- You’re comfortable with travelling in the region and internationally in line with business needs
- You are able to prepare and present information for stakeholders at all levels
- You are passionate about the UGG brand
- Strong national Sales/Marketing experience
- Selling experience within footwear / fashion lifestyle is highly beneficial
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Full, valid driving licence
