To support this growth, we are hiring a Sales Executive Intern to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our German clients.

The role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive Intern to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the German Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing German-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to our users.

What floats your boat

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.

• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four-monthly basis. Over-performance is rewarded .

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

What you bring aboard

• You are a native German and fluent in English .

• Ideally with previous successful working experience in customer-facing roles.

• You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• The knowledge of another language is highly valued.

• If you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect!

The salary is 1 705 euros gross per month.
