In REWE digital overall there are over 2,200 IT specialists who set standards for IT implementation in the retail industry and development of new technologies for the sector.REWE digital Spain is located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga.
As a team of 50 colleagues, we drive innovation for REWE digital in Germany.The international"Invoicing B2B" Product Teamis responsible for maintaining and further developing various applications related to wholesale invoicing within the REWE Group.The team manages the billing of both warehouse and direct deliveries to REWE retailers, as well as to external customers.
In addition, it handles intercompany invoicing within the REWE Group, for example between REWE Markt GmbH and Penny Markt GmbH.
Invoices are delivered to recipients through various channels, such as electronically via EDIFACT messages or through our self-developed web application.
The team also provides data to the REWE Group's SAP-based general ledger.
Invoice generation and transmission are fully automated and completely integrated into REWE's merchandise management system.
Therefore, you and your team are responsible for the accurate processing of invoices totaling more than 20 billion euros per year and to ensure the liquidity of the business units inside the REWE group.The team, distributed across Spain and Germany, primarily communicates in English.
