At Factorial, we’re looking for an **Events Marketing Intern** to support our **German go-to-market strategy** through impactful events and field marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll help us bring our brand to life, connect with our audience, and support our rapid growth. Are you ready for the challenge? ### About the role ? As a **Field Marketing Intern**, you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing events and on-the-ground initiatives for the DACH market. Working closely with the Marketing and local teams, you’ll help ensure our events are memorable, well-organized, and aligned with our brand and business goals. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn field marketing in a fast-paced SaaS environment while gaining exposure to event management, cross-functional collaboration, and international markets. ### What you’ll be doing ? * Support **market research**, supplier sourcing, and coordination for marketing and field events. * Assist in the **planning and execution of events**, including logistics such as venues, catering, materials, transportation, guest lists, and on-site coordination. * Help ensure events comply with **legal, security, and operational requirements**. * Collaborate with **internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Communications)** to promote events and ensure alignment. * Proactively support issue resolution before and during events to ensure smooth execution. * Assist with **post-event analysis**, collecting feedback and helping implement improvement actions. * Support additional **field marketing initiatives** and ad-hoc projects as needed. ### Your profile ? * **Fluent in English**; **German proficiency is required**. * Strong **organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Comfortable working with **MS Office** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Nice to have: familiarity with tools like **HubSpot, Dato, or Figma**. * Previous experience in marketing or events is a plus, but **not required**. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment. ### Perks of being part of our team ? * High-growth, **multicultural and friendly environment** ? * **Language classes with Yolk Academy** ??‍? * **Nora discounts** ? * **Pet-friendly office** ? * Flexible schedules and no dress code ? ### About us ?
