Meet the Team

As Fever continues its rapid global expansion into new markets, bringing more products and experiences to life, the organic growth department is evolving to sustain this growth. We are scaling the team to meet the increasing demands of our dynamic landscape. If you're eager to shape the future of demand generation in a fast‑evolving industry, we’d love to have you on board!

The Role

• Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
• Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
• Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people.
• Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)

Who You Are

• +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
• Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplaces.
• You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines, departments and business cases
• Advanced English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
