This role will be responsible for maintaining adherence to accounting, tax, and internal control regulations while partnering with key stakeholders to support sound financial management and business performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate daily accounting activities.Oversee monthly closing processes.Ensure the accurate recording of transactions and provisions.Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations.Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and applicable standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local regulations).Coordinate internal and external audits.Lead, develop, and evaluate the accounting team.Implement improvements in processes, internal controls, and automation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in accounting, including previous experience leading teams.Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.Experience with ERP systems (JDEdwards.).Advanced proficiency in Excel.Advanced level of English (in multinational environments).Key CompetenciesLeadership and team management.Attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Organization and prioritization abilities.Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvementIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
