Program Manager – Seguros (Transformación & Modernización IT)

Introducción
En DXC Technology buscamos un/a Program Manager con capacidad de gestionar programas complejos en entornos enterprise del sector asegurador. Buscamos un perfil , con experiencia contrastada en liderazgo de proyectos y enfoque en iniciativas de modernización tecnológica.
Funciones
- Liderar programas y proyectos complejos, asegurando planificación, ejecución y entrega.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares en entorno cliente y delivery.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
- Definir y gobernar roadmaps de transformación y modernización de sistemas.
- Gestionar dependencias entre proyectos, riesgos, planificación y presupuesto.
- Impulsar mejoras en eficiencia y calidad del delivery.
- Asegurar alineación entre necesidades de negocio y soluciones tecnológicas.
Requisitos
- Experiencia sólida como Senior Project Manager / Program Manager / Manager.
- Experiencia en sector asegurador.
- Experiencia en programas de modernización IT (migración de legacy, transformación tecnológica, etc.).
- Background técnico en al menos uno de los siguientes entornos: Host / mainframe Java / arquitecturas abiertas.
- Experiencia en entornos enterprise y gestión de stakeholders complejos.
