French remote Telesales Agent in Spain

Our client is a leading international specialist in warranty and insurance services for household appliances and electronics. With a strong presence across Europe, they are known for their customer-centric approach and innovative service solutions.

To support their market operations , they are looking for a Telesales Agent who is fluent in French , with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you’re a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you!

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound calls from customers in French

• ️ Register new home appliances and customer details

• Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance

• Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets

• Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

✅ You are

• ️ Fluent in French (English or Spanish is a plus!)

• A strong communicator with a commercial mindset

• Confident in sales and overcoming objections

• Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player

• Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
