We're looking for a commercially minded E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow website traffic, improve conversion rates, optimise promotional campaigns and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute online promotional campaigns across digital channels
• Drive qualified traffic through SEM, display advertising, affiliate partnerships and CRM/email marketing
• Analyse website, sales and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for growth
• Track and report on key KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue and subscriptions
• Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive position
• Partner with merchandising, category and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns
• Use customer insights and feedback to improve the online customer journey and increase conversion

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and English
• Exposure in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Trading or Performance Marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations
• Exposure with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, results-driven and commercially focused mindset

• Consumer technology, electronics, gaming or subscription-based products
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Digital merchandising or online trading
