Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the marketing strategy in Spain.
• Develop a deep understanding of the cardiac surgery market, customer needs, treatment practices, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
• Define objectives, strategic priorities, action plans, and success metrics.
• Lead market analysis, customer insight generation, and competitive intelligence activities.
• Support the successful launch and growth of a new product in Spain.
• Develop marketing campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives.
• Plan and support congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and customer-facing activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor performance.
• Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within hospital products, specialty care, cardiovascular disease, cardiac surgery, anesthesia, intensive care, or related therapeutic areas.
• Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Experience managing budgets and investments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus and market understanding.
• Ability to work across functions and international teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
