Your Responsibilities
- Onboard new business clients and help them achieve their growth objectives.
- Build long-term relationships by acting as a trusted business advisor.
- Drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities and account expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize customer success.
- Manage a portfolio of business accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve clients' digital marketing performance.

Requirements
- Native or fluent German
- High level of English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in Sales , Business Development , Account Management , or Digital Marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is an advantage
- Familiarity with the German market and business culture is a plus
