As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in helping Genesy scale from 50 to 100+ team members while increasing our talent density.

This role exists to execute and scale a high-quality, high-integrity hiring engine. You will not just run processes, you will shape how hiring works at Genesy, ensuring we move fast without compromising quality, candidate experience, or culture.

Genesy uses Greenhouse as ATS and Genesy Product as probably the best candidate sourcing tool in the market; This requires balancing speed and quality, building strong inbound and outbound pipelines, and knowing when to push back if the right hire is not there yet.

ATS hygiene, sourcing tools, data quality, and process adherence. You have hired for multiple roles in scaling companies and understand where top talent lives, how to reach it, and how to assess quality beyond CVs and keywords.

You care deeply about clean systems, data quality, and consistent execution — and you believe a great candidate experience is non-negotiable.
