In this role, you will lead development of the Spanish Market Access strategy for the company's oncology pipeline. Specifically, the Market access strategy, pricing and public affairs director will lead efforts in assessing and communicating to internal and external stakeholders the market access requirements of Spain for oncology, contributing to and shaping the overall value strategy for our brands throughout lifecycle. The position will drive development of local market access strategy, delivery of HTA submissions, and lead P&R negotiations. In this role, the director will have also to develop and implement a strong public affairs plan in collaboration with the General Manager.

Champion the P&R requirements for Spanish Commercial Operations throughout commercialization and ensure alignment between all stakeholders internally as to prioritizedneeds;

Partner in development of European and global value access & pricing deliverables, working in close collaboration with European and global colleagues and external vendors as needed;

Drive development of Spanish market access deliverables including HTA submissions; local evidence generation plans; negotiation strategies, and country-level regional and local market access tactics to securereimbursement;

Maintain alignment of local market access strategy to European and Global Market Access Strategy;Collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, etc.

10 to 15 years of experience within the field of Market Access & pricing. Strong network of relevant stakeholders in Spain;

Strong knowledge of the market access & pricing landscape;

Strong oncology market knowledge from a commercial and clinical studies perspective;

Business fluency in English;

Fluency in local language isa must.
