Customer Operations Specialist - Italian & Spanish

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree (preferably in Customer Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics)
Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in FMCG
Fluency in Italian and good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Understanding of FMCG supply chain processes
Expertise in customer service activities such as order processing, transport coordination, invoicing, debit/credit handling, and complaint/return handling
Familiarity with ERP systems, customer integration platforms, and digital tools supporting the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process
Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus
Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a strong plus

As a Customer Operations Specialist , you support the Customer Operations team in delivering reliable, high‑quality service for the customers within the Opco South West Europe within the Retail & Americas organization. Working in a functional team setup, you contribute to the daily execution of the Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring accurate order entry, validation, and flow monitoring across digital channels such as EDI, web portals, and robotic processes.
Driving incremental improvements by identifying process gaps and supporting (IT-related) optimization initiatives across customer operations
Ensuring accurate and timely order entry and validation across multiple digital channels (EDI, web portal, robotic flows)
Monitoring order and delivery flows, identifying discrepancies, and supporting resolution in collaboration with internal teams
Supporting system testing and process documentation during IT changes or upgrades
