Responsable de Gestión de cuentas

En Que Cocine Peter estamos revolucionando cómo las empresas, estén donde estén —desde polígonos industriales hasta oficinas en plena ciudad— resuelven las comidas laborales. Ofrecemos una solución flexible, deliciosa y moderna que ya utilizan compañías como Danone, Font Vella, Podimo o Griffith Foods , entre otras.
Somos una empresa jovén, pequeña pero con ambiciones grandes. Por eso, buscamos a un/a Account Executive con espíritu emprendedor . Una persona con mentalidad comercial, curiosa y resolutiva, que entienda de verdad el problema que supone la gestión de las comidas en el entorno laboral y quiera ser parte de la solución.
Reuniones con potenciales clientes y seguimiento hasta su cierre
Revisión y seguimiento del CRM de Account Executive
Posterior seguimiento de las cuentas/clientes cerrados.
Experiencia y conocimientos
Valorable experiencia previa de al menos 1-2 años en ventas , desarrollo de negocio o roles similares.
Conocimiento de herramientas CRM (por ejemplo, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce ).
Capacidad para preparar y dar presentaciones comerciales a decisores (sobre todo RRHH, gerencia, office managers, etc.)
Proactividad y mentalidad resolutiva: no esperas a que te digan qué hacer, propones y actúas.
Organización y seguimiento : sabes gestionar leads y procesos de venta con método.
Capacidad para adaptarte a diferentes perfiles de cliente (desde pymes hasta multinacionales).
Empatía comercial: entiendes el problema del cliente y sabes conectar con su necesidad.
Flexibilidad horaria y organizativa: trabaja con autonomía y enfócate en lo importante.
Posibilidad de trabajo híbrido o remoto (según tu ubicación).
Buen ambiente, cultura cercana y equipo con ganas de construir algo grande.
