Head of Sales - Remote Job

FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year;
Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.);
Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects;
Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract ;
Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary ;
Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders ;
Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop ;
Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
You have a native level of French/ Flemmish + a good level of English (both written and spoken)
