Partnership Success Manager - German required

We are assembling a select, tight-knit group of individuals to join our company as a Partnership Success Manager Football , the first point of contact for our prestigious partners in the DACH region.

Through our activities in this field, we currently work in over 400 football stadiums and arenas across the globe, providing fresh and innovative solutions to our fast-growing list of blue-chip clients. This elite portfolio includes the world’s biggest football clubs and commercial partners: UEFA, Real Madrid CF, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter & AC Milan, Chelsea FC,Adidas, Audi, Heineken, Mastercard, Sony and many more.We actively shape the digital revolution in sports marketing to drive the expansion and growth of our business as one of the top sports tech companies.
Oversee Day-to-Day Brand Management : Spearhead the operational management of assigned brands, with a specific emphasis on executing brand activations during football matchdays.
Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for German and English-speaking brand clients, providing timely and effective communication.
Business Development : Digital Signage Project Leadership : Act as the key liaison between clients, sporting clubs, and the AIM Sport design studio, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and present comprehensive case studies and market trend analyses to clients, both in-person and virtually, to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client relationships.

Language Skills: Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills. Digital Savviness: Strong familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
Customer Success Experience: Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and guidance in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project Management Skills: Process-oriented self-starter with the ability to track projects, manage tight deadlines, and adjust priorities as needed.
Work Approach: Detail-oriented and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Personal Qualities: High energy, focused on goals, resourceful, and successful in independent work settings.
Enthusiasm and passion for sports, entertainment, advertising, and a strong interest in learning more about sponsorships in football.
Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to maximize their experience with our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer success.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies.
