This means taking responsibility for the entire lifecycle of a feature, from understanding what our customers pains are with our product team, design documents, coding to deployment, and measuring impact. Engineering excellence here is measured by the reliability and simplicity of the systems you build to power a global platform.

You'll join a cross-functional squad where you have real ownership of a piece of Perk’s domains, a genuine say in what gets built, and the autonomy to make it happen. We care about impact, and we trust our people to deliver it.

On the engineering side, it spans the whole workflow: our Notion, Jira, GitHub and Slack are AI-connected so you get up to speed fast, and day-to-day it helps with specifying features, writing and reviewing code, and automated AI PR review on every pull request. When something goes wrong in production, AI surfaces context across systems quickly. The bar is understanding your code and owning what you produce. Help travellers find and book the perfect trip by working on the systems that search across dozens of airlines, hotel chains, train operators, and car rental companies all at once. You’d help make sure results come back fast, prices are accurate, and the whole booking experience feels as easy as shopping online.

Take the pain out of expenses and invoicing by building the tools that automatically generate invoices, handle VAT, and process expense reports for thousands of companies. Connect Perk to the tools companies already rely on by building integrations with accounting systems, expense platforms, and HR tools. You’d also contribute to our Open API and webhooks, making it easy for partners and customers to plug Perk into their own workflows, so travel data flows where it needs to go, automatically.

From our Juno chat assistant that helps travellers resolve issues faster, to AI that classifies support emails or maps hotel rooms across providers; Strengthen the platform under the hood by contributing to the core systems that power everything, from our main web application to the services that connect all the pieces together. You’d help us keep things reliable, fast, and ready to scale as Perk grows into the world’s leading business travel platform.

Applies solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, relational modeling) to build performant and scalable logic.

Quality & Testing: Ensures code quality through unit/integration testing, active participation in code reviews, and maintaining readable documentation.

Frontend: Builds responsive, accessible interfaces using semantic HTML, CSS, and modern React patterns.

Backend & Integrations: At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week.
