El grupo educativo Namencis busca un Asesor Comercial, que contacte a clientes potenciales para calificar su interés y agendar citas de venta para el equipo comercial, altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol desempeñará un papel esencial en la generación de ventas y el cierre de acuerdos tanto a través de comunicación telefónica como escrita. Buscamos a personas apasionadas por los retos y con experiencia comprobada en ventas comerciales. Incorporación inmediata.
Cierre de Ventas:
Contactar a clientes potenciales por teléfono y por escrito, presentando los beneficios de nuestros programas educativos y cerrando ventas efectivas.
Seguir un proceso de ventas efectivo y alcanzar metas de cierre establecidas.
Identificar y contactar clientes potenciales a través de estrategias de prospección y seguimiento de leads.
Mantener un flujo constante de oportunidades de ventas.
Atención al Cliente:
~ Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional, responder a preguntas y brindar información detallada sobre nuestros programas.
Registro de Datos:
~ Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todas las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM).
Redactar, enviar y mantener comunicaciones claras, profesionales y coherentes con los leads a través de distintos canales escritos (correo electrónico, WhatsApp, chat web o mensajería interna), asegurando respuestas oportunas y un seguimiento adecuado a cada caso.
3-5 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas comerciales, preferiblemente en ventas telefónicas y por escrito.
- Capacidad para gestionar interacciones por escrito con excelente ortografía, redacción y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para cerrar ventas y alcanzar metas de ventas establecidas.
- Experiencia con sistemas de CRM es una ventaja.
