With Relocation Support Norwegian Customer Service Representative

Next Job Abroad is recruiting Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Consultants for our client’s international travel assistance team in Torrevieja (Costa Blanca). In this role, you support Nordic travellers worldwide when unexpected situations arise during their trips—coordinating medical care, travel arrangements, and practical support.

The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening, and night shifts.

You’ll Do

Support travellers worldwide via phone and email

Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues

Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage

Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners

Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed

Manage cases in internal systems

Qualifications

Fluent Norwegian and English

Strong communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night)

Good computer skills and attention to detail

Additional languages are a plus.
