Finance Analyst with Spanish

Mission

The Finance Analyst will provide support to the finance team in various control and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Job Functions

Accounting Operations

Support in the preparation of accounting entries.

Bank reconciliations.

Recording and monitoring of supplier invoices.

Expense control and support in payment management.

Financial and Control Processes

Monitoring and control of purchase orders.

Support and assistance to suppliers.

Maintenance and updating of the supplier database.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

Collection and analysis of financial information by campaign and margin.

Collaboration in the preparation of reports for the Finance Department.

Administrative Support

Participation in various local administrative processes.

Coordination with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures.

Skills Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting.
• Experience in Finance Control and Administration and Suppliers management is valuable.
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage large-scaleinvoiceregistration within a high-transaction environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge in PGC Accounting.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Nice to have: Oracle Netsuite knowledge and experience in Digital Advertising or Start-ups.
• You are solution‑driven professional who proactively acquires new skills to resolve complex challenges and adapt to evolving industry trends.
• You are committed to achieving measurable outcomes through meticulous organization, high attention to detail, and a disciplined focus on KPIs.
• Native Spanish and Fluent English (C1).
