Responsabilidades
Liderar la elaboración de ofertas técnico‑económicas del área de Service, garantizando calidad, competitividad y cumplimiento de plazos. Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de presupuestos (presales e inside sales), asegurando una adecuada asignación y priorización de tareas. Actuar como enlace entre ventas, ingeniería y servicio técnico, garantizando la coherencia y alineación de la información. Impulsar el negocio de repuestos de Refrigeración Industrial y HVAC, ofreciendo soporte técnico‑comercial y contribuyendo a la mejora continua de procesos.
Perfil
Grado Superior o formación técnica en refrigeración, climatización, mecánica o electricidad, o similares. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia desarrollando funciones similares. Se valorará experiencia en instalaciones frigoríficas industriales y en el Reglamento de Seguridad en Instalaciones Frigoríficas. Nivel alto de inglés. Se requiere comunicación clara, orientación al cliente, capacidad de negociación, síntesis técnica, pensamiento crítico, autonomía, trabajo colaborativo y liderazgo natural para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares.
