Group Head of Sales

Nayak Aircraft Services is seeking a Sales Account Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the management of key customer accounts and assist in the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for a motivated junior professional looking to grow within the aviation industry.

Support the management of the sales cycle — from initial inquiries, quotations, and proposal preparation to contract follow-up.

Help build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with senior sales colleagues.

Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity with guidance from senior team members.

Participate in trade shows/conferences and customer visits, supporting the Sales team as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field or equivalent entry‑level experience.

First experience (recent graduate or 1–2 years) in a sales, customer service, or commercial support role.

fluent English required. Additional languages (German or Spanish) are a plus.
