At ING Hubs Spain, we are looking for a Vulnerability Analyst to join our Global Vulnerability Management team, a highly motivated and collaborative group working closely with ING entities across the globe.

The team plays a critical role in ING’s global security strategy, delivering multiple vulnerability discovery methods, robust reporting capabilities, and security consultancy to help protect the organization against evolving threats. A strong focus is placed on process automation, scalability, and smart management of complex environments, ensuring efficient and consistent vulnerability handling across a large and diverse technology landscape.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Vulnerability Analyst you will:

Execute vulnerability scans across multiple platforms and technologies to identify and assess security risks.

Improve efficiency through automation and process optimization , reducing manual effort and increasing consistency.

Analyze scan results, validate findings, and assess technical and business impact.

Produce clear reports and dashboards, translating technical findings into actionable insights.

Provide security guidance and collaborate with IT, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support remediation and continuous improvement.

Contribute to the evolution of vulnerability management tools, processes, and documentation.

Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices.

What are we looking for?

You have operational familiarity with at least one system from following families: Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Cisco iOS, Oracle, SQL.

You have a strong interest in the IT Security and Cybersecurity field, with a desire to keep learning and growing.

You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and a high level of responsibility in all aspects of your work.

You have a strong customer focus, consistently seeking to understand needs, build trust, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.

You are comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.

Your English proficiency allows you to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

You'll get extra points for:

Experience with the maintenance, configuration, or operation of security scanning tools.

Windows and/or Linux administration knowledge.

Basic network configuration and networking concepts.

Knowledge of Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Python programming skills or a strong interest in automation and scripting.
