Service Delivery Manager at Blue Wireless

Based in Spain, the Service Delivery Manager will be the ‘air traffic controller’ ensuring the successful delivery of services across Europe, managing the end‑to‑end process from order intake to order completion. The role will demand a self‑starter, well‑organised, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview, while being able to zoom‑in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. Manage the end‑to‑end process for customer orders and projects, from order intake through to completion and invoicing.

Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to plan installations, manage timelines, and ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels.

Lead and project manage larger customer deployments, including planning sessions, status reporting, and issue resolution.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Have a Bachelor's Degree.

Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a passion for (maritime) networking technology is huge advantage.
