⭐ To continue our growth, we are looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist with German, to join our team!

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer upon subscription, guiding the customer in the account and connections set‑up. Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify account, connections and training on the system via phone calls and screen‑sharing calls

1+ year of experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in a high‑growth SaaS environment or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.

• Tech‑savvy with an ability to fully understand our software.
• native or near‑native level of German and English
• Availability to work afternoon shifts.
• Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner.
• Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
