Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in Danish via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Document cases in the internal system with a high level of detail
Redirect more complex cases to specialized departments when needed
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
Contribute ideas to improve processes and the customer experience
Requirements

Native-level or fluent Danish, plus good English skills
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new systems
Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus, but not mandatory
