This roles centers on understanding each customer’s specific business need and providing tailored value propositions with our Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring solutions. **Your role:*** Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area* Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.* Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.* Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improving contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.* Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.* Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.**You're the right fit if you have:*** Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.* Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role.* Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.* Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account.* Fluency in English and Spanish (local language required)* Willing and able to travel across the assigned territory (clean driving license required).**For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
