Planificar, coordinar y gestionar los servicios solicitados por el cliente con una buena comunicación a nivel interno y externo, recibiendo sus pedidos y consultas e informándole cuando sea preciso de cualquier incidencia que pueda tener lugar.

Se responsabiliza de la gestión de los medios materiales asignados (tractoras, remolques), verificando que cuenten con todos los servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y documentación en regla, así como de los medios humanos supervisando que los conductores cumplan con todos los procedimientos, atendiendo las tareas, así como de la ejecución eficiente, segura y rentable de los vehículos y trayectos tanto de su equipo como del resto de equipos, asegurando la asignación oportuna de los camiones a las necesidades del cliente. xbhjioe
