It System Engineer

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related field.

• 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, monitoring tools and related technologies (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, hardware experience)
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
• Fluency in English and Spanish

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will
Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Design, review, document and implement policies and procedures to maintain standardization of day-to-day IT functions
Support the employees on daily office IT operations when needed.
General software management and creation of users
Implement security best practices, including patching, access control and policies, endpoint protection, etc.
Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Experience with technical support for Slack
Experience with JAMF
Experience with Fortinet
Knowledge of AWS
Two unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion.
Relocation package (if applicable).
Up to 9-month contract, ending on June 2026.
